AN APPEAL

Dear Friend/Wellwisher

Sub: Silver Jubilee Celebrations of Father Muller College of Nursing

Cordial greetings to you from Father Muller College of Nursing

I am delighted, indeed, to announce that Father Muller College of Nursing is on the eve of its Silver Jubilee Celebrations and will be completing 25 years of its fruitful presence in the field of Nursing Education and Healthcare in November 2012. It is but proper that we rejoice over the blessings showered on the Institution by the Almighty. The college has formed, with meticulous care and concern, Nursing Personnel with humane hearts beating with sensitivity to the sick and the suffering.

The Silver Jubilee celebration is not only an occasion for self-evaluation but also to plan for the next 25 years by responding to the needs and challenges of our times. We feel proud of the nurses trained and sent out with the healing mission who have qualified themselves with academic excellence and extra-academic skills for quality service of the needy, imparting health and wholeness. The Institution strives tirelessly to provide ample opportunities for the intellectual, physical, emotional as well as spiritual growth of its students.

The Silver Jubilee Celebration committee has decided to celebrate the event with befitting solemnity and meaningfulness by implementing the following programmes in order to meet the current needs of the students adequately:

1. Construction of a new building for the College of Nursing and an Alumnae Centre
2. Student development programmes

3. Health Exhibition

4. Health Camps

5. Cultural Fest

6. Sports and Games

7. International/National Conference

The planned projects are estimated to cost Rs 6,00, 00,000.

We rely on your generous assistance in meeting these felt needs of our staff and students.

May I request you to kindly lend us a helping hand in implementing these projects for the benefit of our staff/student community. Your kind donation, be it big or small, will be highly appreciated and gratefully acknowledged. The cheques/DD may please be sent to Father Muller College of Nursing, Account Number 02392160000025 at Syndicate Bank, FMCI Branch, Mangalore.
